With the beginning of the Season 2003 / 2004, I started to count on with the valuable cooperation of Albano João, as a personal coach for both my physical and technical preparation.

Albano João, born in 1959 and affiliated athlete (FPO 1182) of the COC (M40 Competition Class), has got an extensive and wealthy sportive resume, full of successes in terms of Foot-Orienteering, making of him an important reference within the national domain of this sport.

In the Season 2002 / 2003 he placed 1^st at the National Ranking of Foot Orienteering, in the M40 Competition Class, reiterating the classification obtained during the previous sportive season, then as athlete of the "Desportivo Atlético de Recardães" club (Águeda).

The possibility of being coached by Albano João, beyond a personal honor, which I expect not to undeserve, for me represents an additional responsibility in terms of the commitment and motivation that I intend to place in the competitive practice of the Foot Orienteering.
